This can occur when you upload the data. You can correct this error by

1. This error happens because of the problem in the network and it happens because of the firewall setting which prevents entry to the main server.
2. To Fix this error you have to access the server on https://services.intuit.com/ and https://datasync.intuit.com/ 
3. The Intuit Sync manager trusted certificate is not valid:
   1. You can go to Program data in Sync Manager 
   2. Remove the “SBconnect.crt” file.
   3. Now Run the ‘Sync Manager Setup’.
